What information helps you respond to an enquiry quickly?
A short description of your site and what you are trying to achieve is enough to get started. If you have a site address, a survey, an architectural concept or council correspondence, share what you have - but none of it is essential for a first conversation.
Do I need to know exactly which service I need before contacting you?
Not at all. Many people reach out unsure whether their constraint is stormwater, water quality, flood or on-site detention related. Describe the problem in plain terms and we will identify the relevant engineering scope for you.
How do you set your fees?
Fees are scoped to each project once we understand the site, the proposal and the approval pathway. We provide a written fee proposal so you can see exactly what is included before committing to anything.
Can you take over a project that another engineer has started?
Yes. We regularly review existing reports and designs, pick up stalled projects and provide second opinions where a development has hit a stormwater or flooding constraint.
Do you liaise with councils and other consultants directly?
We do. We work alongside architects, planners, surveyors and builders, and correspond with councils and government agencies to resolve engineering conditions and keep an approval moving.
